Using the Event Logs

OnStation Managers have access to audit their companies OnStation Activities via the Event Logs in the Portal. See the below to understand how to use this tool.

Note: These steps regarding the Event Log are performed in the OnStation Portal.  For information on how to log into the portal see article:  How to login to the portal

Accessing the Event Logs

  1. Log into the OnStation Portal.
  2. Click on the "Event Logs Menu"
  3. By default it will show you the current days events for all of your users
    1. Example:

Customizing Reports in the Event Logs

  1. Within the Event Logs you can change the Date Range Start and /or End Dates in combination with the Scope which allows you to pick one particular user
  2. Once you have updated your Date Range and/or Scope, you would then want to click on "Apply Filters" to run an updated report
  3. This would then provide an updated list of events 
  4. To clear the filters and revert back to the default simply click "Clear Filters" button
