OnStation Managers have access to audit their companies OnStation Activities via the Event Logs in the Portal. See the below to understand how to use this tool.
Note: These steps regarding the Event Log are performed in the OnStation Portal. For information on how to log into the portal see article: How to login to the portal
Accessing the Event Logs
- Log into the OnStation Portal.
- Click on the "Event Logs Menu"
- By default it will show you the current days events for all of your users

Customizing Reports in the Event Logs
- Within the Event Logs you can change the Date Range Start and /or End Dates in combination with the Scope which allows you to pick one particular user
- Once you have updated your Date Range and/or Scope, you would then want to click on "Apply Filters" to run an updated report
- This would then provide an updated list of events
- To clear the filters and revert back to the default simply click "Clear Filters" button
