Updating A User's License Status
Need to update the license status of a user in your organization? Just follow the steps below.
These steps regarding Adjusting Licenses are performed in the OnStation Portal. For information on how to log into the portal see article:
Assigning a License
1. Log in to the OnStation Portal
2. Click the Team menu
3. From the Team list, find the user you would like to license
4. Locate the license column
5. Click on Unlicensed. This will open a drop down menu with your Organization's purchased licenses
6. Select the license you would like to assign to the User. This will then update the User's license type in the license column
7. To change the license type. Select the license currently assigned under the license column. From the drop box select the new license type to assign
Revoking a License
1. Log in to the OnStation Portal
2. Click the Team menu
3. From the Team list, find the user you would like to license
4. To unassign a license, select the button to the far right of the user
5. Next, select Unassign License
6. Confirmation of the users license type is updated in the license column
