View/Adjust User's License Status

Need to update the license status of a user in your organization? Just follow the steps below. ⬇️

Assigning a License

  1. Log into the Portal.
  2. Click the Team menu
  3. Find the user you want to adjust and click the toggle under Licenses on the right of their name.
  4. Select a license ID from the available license group to assign.
  5. You will then see a pop up indicating that a license has been assigned successfully 
  6. You will also see that user now has the license toggle on (green) and their License Status Column updated to Active

Revoking a License

  1. Log into the Portal.
  2. Click the Team menu
  3. Find the user you want to adjust and click the toggle under Licenses on the right of their name.
  4. As soon as you select the toggle it will remove the license from that user and display a pop up message indicating the License has been removed
  5. You should also see that the user's license status reads "Unlicensed" and that the license toggle has turned from Green to Grey
