Need to update the license status of a user in your organization? Just follow the steps below. ⬇️
Assigning a License
- Log into the Portal.
- Click the Team menu
- Find the user you want to adjust and click the toggle under Licenses on the right of their name.
- Select a license ID from the available license group to assign.
- You will then see a pop up indicating that a license has been assigned successfully
- You will also see that user now has the license toggle on (green) and their License Status Column updated to Active
Revoking a License
- Log into the Portal.
- Click the Team menu
- Find the user you want to adjust and click the toggle under Licenses on the right of their name.
- As soon as you select the toggle it will remove the license from that user and display a pop up message indicating the License has been removed
- You should also see that the user's license status reads "Unlicensed" and that the license toggle has turned from Green to Grey
