View Your Organization's Activities
In the OnStation Portal view your organization's activities across projects to better understand how your team is using OnStation.
Through the System Activities tab in the OnStation Portal you can view the activities of your team and clearly view analytics for overall usage and last 30 days of activities.
Note: To view System Activity you must have been assigned a Data license and Administrator permissions.
To view the System Activity for your Organization follow the steps below:
- Log in to the OnStation Portal
- From the menu on the left, select the System Activity tab
Important: To get the latest statistics, scroll to the bottom of the page and select REFRESH
Once you have accessed the System Activity page and refreshed to show the most up-to-date statistics you can view your organizations activities across the OnStation platforms.
Under the Users section, you can view statistics regarding users from your organization.
Note: Active users are users who have accessed OnStation in the last 30 days AND are licensed.
The Project Activity section shows cumulative and last 30 days statistics for the following activities:
- Project accessed by users
- Flags dropped and shared
- Chat messages sent
- Photos captured
- Forms saved
- Project submissions
- eTicket activities
