Setting Share Permissions on Multiple Flags

We get it, you have groups of people that you frequently share flags with and sometimes you forget to share some flags or have several that need updating. We've made it easier than ever to update flag share permissions in bulk.

Bulk Sharing

  1. Open Project 
  2. Navigate and tap on "Flags" Menu at bottom center of app


  3. Tap the "Select Flags" menu at bottom right corner of the screen
  4. Tap the circle to the left of the flags that you want to bulk update.  See sample below
     


  5. Tap Edit Selected


  6. Scroll to Share and tap Manage
  7. Next select organizations, users, and/groups you wish to share with

Bulk UnSharing

  1. Follow steps 1-6 above 
  2. Tap the red X next to the entities you wish to un-share with
