Reporting Beta App Issues and Feedback

When using the Beta version of the OnStation App, we want to hear how this is working for you. Please let us know not only about issue but your perception of the new / changed features. See below for how you can provide this to us

 

NOTE: Within the Beta App you should still be able to access your OnStation Settings via the gear wheel โš™๏ธ on the home page or Project Menu (aka Hamburger menu๐Ÿ”) -> Settings and scroll to tap on "Contact OnStation Support". 

INFORMATION TO INCLUDE:

The methods of contacting us are listed below.  Please provide a detailed description including any applicable screenshots.  It is helpful to detail the project code and/or any specific menu you may have attempted to use before experiencing the issue.  

We will work with our developers to remedy the issues as quickly as possible as well as work to provide you with updates as well. Your feedback is appreciated and invaluable!

SUPPORT FORM

You can fill out a support form and let us know the issue, question, or feedback you have during Beta Testing.  When you contact us this way please select "Beta Testing" in the "What product do you need support with?" section.  Example pictured below.
