Location Accuracy Settings

OnStation uses your device's GPS and Location Settings to show you were you are on a project. Here are some settings to check to ensure that you're device is optimized for a more precise location.

Improving Location Accuracy Settings

iOS Devices

  1. Go to Settings > Privacy, then select Location Services.
  2. Select the OnStation app, then turn Precise Location on.

Android 12 & higher

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
  2. Touch and hold Location .
    • If you don't find Location :
      1. Tap Edit  or Settings .
      2. Drag Location  into your Quick Settings.
  3. Tap Location Services and then Google Location Accuracy.
  4. Turn Improve Location Accuracy on.

Android 11 & lower

  1. Swipe down from the top of the screen. 
  2. Touch and hold Location .
    • If you don't find Location :
      1. Tap Edit  or Settings .
      2. Drag Location  into your Quick Settings.
  3. Tap Advanced and then Google Location Accuracy. 
  4. Turn Improve Location Accuracy on.
