As an Apple user, here are the steps to follow to activate your OnStation Beta App and to report issues when using the Beta version.
Installation Steps
We should have already asked you for your email address associated with your App Store. With that you will be able to use the OnStation Beta App using your email linked to your OnStation Account. As an Apple user, here are the steps to follow to activate your OnStation Beta App:
- First, you will need to download the TestFlight App. If you already have this app downloaded please skip to step 5.
- Open up the App Store and search "TestFlight"
- Tap "Install". The app will install on your Apple product for free.
- Go to your email and open the email you received from TestFlight.
- Tap on the link "View in TestFlight"
- That link will take you to a new webpage. On this webpage tap on "Accept the invitation in TestFlight."
- Based on your preference, you can allow, or not allow TestFlight to send you notifications.
- Tap "Continue" in the TestFlight App.
- The OnStation App will be on the home screen. Tap "Install".
- After you have installed the OnStation Beta App, you are now ready to login and begin using the new version! You will login with your phone number or email address as you have been doing with the production version of OnStation. You will Continue to receive a two-factor authentication code as you do presently.
Note: If you are not seeing the OnStation App in TestFlight to install, please contact OnStation Support and provide your App Store email address
