OnStation uses the GPS capabilities on your phone to find your location. For a higher precision of accuracy, OnStation can also integrate with Bad Elf and Leica, allowing the collection of location data from GNSS receivers to be used in the app.

Improves GPS accuracy and allows access to station finding in cellular dead zones.

Integration Overview

OnStation uses your phone's cellular data to keep real-time track of project layers, imagery, and field notes and GPS connectivity to manage your precise location in the field. In areas where there is poor GPS quality or no cellular data, a Bad Elf or Leica GNSS receiver allows you access to the station-finding functionality in the OnStation app. 

Bad Elf Integration Requirements

The purchase of Bad Elf equipment is required for this integration. This integration is available for all OnStation packages.

Leica Integration Requirements

The purchase of Leica Geosystems equipment is required for this integration. This integration is available for all OnStation packages.
