How to: Intern License Program
As the future leaders of this industry, OnStation believes it’s important to equip these students with the latest technology in the field.
Organizations participating in the OnStation Intern Program can request free intern licenses by having each intern complete a short online form. Submitting this form is the first step in the intern license process and allows our team to collect the required information for compliance and license assignment.
How to Start the Intern License Process
To begin, each intern should complete the Intern Program form using the link below:
All fields on the form must be completed to ensure the request can be processed without delays.
Who Should Fill Out the Form
- Each individual intern should complete thier own form.
- Organizations may forward the link directly to their interns.
- A separate submission is required for each intern requesting a license.
What Happens After the Form Is Submitted
Once the form is submitted:
- The request enters our internal review process.
- Our team verifies the information provided.
- We follow up with the organization or primary contact if any additional details are needed (such as internship end dates).
- Approved intern licenses are then issued for the applicable internship period.
Important Notes
- Intern licenses are time‑bound and aligned with the internship duration.
- Submission of the form does not automatically activate a license; our team will follow up to complete the process.
