      Getting error "Couldn't Open Map"

      Clicking on the Globe icon in the top left corner of the screen should take you to a map of all of the OnStation Projects. If its not, review the below steps to see if it resolves this issue for you.

      Tapping The should bring you to a Google Map showing all of the OnStation projects across the globe.  If its not working for you try the below steps:

       

      Steps to correct:

      1. Open up Google or Google Maps on your device.
      2. Ensure that you have an account selected to use with Google by tapping on the person icon in the top right corner and then tapping "Choose an account"

      3. If your account is signed in OR after you have selected "Choose an account" ensure Incognito mode is not enabled.   You can do this via that same person icon where you associated your Google icon.

      Notes:

      1. The Google account you associate does not have to be the same email related to your OnStation account.  As this is opening up a map in Google Maps it requires an account to be able to see location information.
      2. If you see "Turn on Incognito mode" this means you are NOT running in that mode.

      Some errors you might see:

      • "Couldn't Open Map" followed by "Cancel" and "Try Again"
      • "Turn Off Incognito Mode? To continue, you need to turn off Incognito mode."
