Brand Values

What we believe guides all that we do. Our brand values aren't just reflected in what we make, but embedded into the way we work. 💚

:green_heart: Integrity

Our approach to all situations, both with our customers and with our teammates. OnStation team members act with honesty. To our customers, we provide honest service and a desire to build long-lasting partnerships. With our teammates, we treat each other with respect and take accountability for our work.

How we practice integrity

  • Being honest when faced with a difficult challenge.
  • Owning up to mistakes.
  • Doing the right thing, even when nobody's watching.

:brain:  Customer Focus

At the center of what we do, we keep our customers safe and efficient.  When they need our help or have valuable feedback to share – we show up and we respond.

How we practice customer focus

  • Shorten the distance between customers and employees.

  • Tracking customer focus key performance indicators. (CSAT, NPS,LTV)
  • Continue to improve our robust voice of customer program through feedback loops.

:fire: Persistence

We’ve made great strides as a company, but we recognize there are still opportunities to seize.  Team members must display grit – we stick together, push forward and find solutions.

How we practice persistence

  • Set goals that are specific, measurable, and timely that help us to stay on track and to persist during the most challenging times.

  • Don't be afraid to make mistakes along the journey.
  • Remember Your 'Why'

:hammer:  Craftsmanship

We're always stiving to do better. From an idea to a finished product, we create with passion, care, and attention to detail.

How we practice craftsmanship

  • Employees grow holistically across both craftsmanship and overall people leadership, but compensation is tied to craft levels to retain scarce talent and foster a non-hierarchical culture.

  • We don't confuse mastery with perfectionism or success.
