Associating a Form to a Flag

Streamline your data collection with digital forms. No more inaccurate, double, or null data. (Hint: works great with pre-loaded flags!)

DISCLAIMER: A Data package is required to enable and use Forms. Speak with your Account Rep if you would like to discuss updating your license package, or click here to learn more.  If you are already licensed for the Data Package, click on the Contact Us page to contact OnStation Support to select the Digital Forms you want enabled for your organization. 

  1. Open the OnStation app, and select the project you want to work in.
    Note: The app will open to the last project you were working in.
  2. Select an existing flag or drop a new flag.  IMG_1688
  3. In the flag, tap on the Forms Tab icon.
  4. Tap the "Select Form Type" dropdown and select the desired form.
  5.  Fill out the form, tap the Save Form Data button at the bottom of the form. 

               

    NOTE: The number of forms available is dependent the forms selected by your Organization. Company admins will be able to choose from a variety of OnStation Forms that can then be used by your company's users.  A flag option first needs to be assigned to a form within the portal.  Click on the Contact Us page to Contact OnStation Support to review what is enabled for your organization.
