Edit Users on a Flag & Chat

A user will only have the capability to see and interact with a Flag & Chats if it is shared with them. This is to give you the confidence knowing your information is safe. 🦺

Add a User to Flag & Chat 👷

1. Open the OnStation app, and select the project you want to work in.
   

   Note: The app will open to the last project you were working in.

2. Tap the flag of interest.
   1. Find a Flag on the Map Tab: Select the flag you want to add your chat to from the Map Tab. 
   2. Find a Flag in the Chat Tab: Select the flag you want to add your chat to from the Chat Tab. 

1. Tap the Share icon.
2. Tap the Shared With icon.
3. Find the user you wish to add to the chat from the list or use the “Search Contacts” field to search for the user you want to add.
4. Tap on the green “Add” button next to the user’s name to add them to the Chat.  

Invite A Contact to Access the Flag & Chat ✉️

If you can't add someone to a flag, this is because they have not accessed the project in the app.

1. Open the OnStation app, and select the project you want to work in.
   

   Note: The app will open to the last project you were working in.

2. Tap the flag of interest.
   1. Find a Flag on the Map Tab: Select the flag you want to add your chat to from the Map Tab. 
   2. Find a Flag in the Chat Tab: Select the flag you want to add your chat to from the Chat Tab. 

1. Tap the Share icon. 
2. Tap the Shared With icon. 
3. Tap Invite Contacts at the bottom of your screen. 
4. Select all the contacts you would like to have access to the project then tap Invite Contacts.

Delete Users From Flag & Chat ❌

We understand things happen and sometimes users need to be taken off flags.

1. Open the OnStation app, and select the project you want to work in.
   

   Note: The app will open to the last project you were working in.

2. Tap the flag of interest.
   1. Find a Flag on the Map Tab: Select the flag you want to add your chat to from the Map Tab. 
   2. Find a Flag in the Chat Tab: Select the flag you want to add your chat to from the Chat Tab. 

1. Tap the Share icon. 
2. Tap the Shared With icon. 
3. Under 'In Chat' click Remove next to the contact you would like to delete from the flag.
