Add Work Items

Categorize your communication by punch line items. Use project-specific work items as tags to more accurately organize your Flag & Chats.

1. Open the OnStation app, and click on the project you want to work in.
   

   Note: The app will open to the last project you were working in.

2. Select your desired flag from either the Map Tab or the Flags Tab.
3. Tap the Tags icon. 
4. Tap the Add Work Items label.
5. Start entering text into the search bar.
   
   1. Recent: you can select a work item already used under Recents by tapping the tag you would like to add.
   2. Project Work Items: You can select a work item already in our system under Project Work Items.
   3. New: After typing out your new tag, you can tap the tag as it pops up below the search bar.
