User location stamp on photos

Taking a photo at a different location than the one selected on the map? With our enhanced GPS stamping feature, you can now capture both your actual photo‑taker location and the map location where you place the photo. Follow the steps below to turn on this new setting and ensure both locations are recorded accurately.

  1. Ensure your GPS is on by taping the arrow on the right of your screen. When your GPS is turned on the arrow will be solid green.
  2. To drop the photo to the map, align your cross hairs at the location you want the photo saved.
  3. Take your photo, then select the photo options


  4. Next, toggle on "Show User Location". Then tap done.
  5. Note the User location stamp is now visible at the top of the photo.
  6. Select the check mark at top right of the photo to save.
