What it is

A GPS diagnostic is a quick, 30-second test of your device's built-in GPS. The results help our Support team determine the most effective approach for troubleshooting any issues you may be experiencing.

When you'll see this

Support will send a request to your device as a push notification:

How to run it

1. Tap the notification when you're ready.
2. Tap Run now. If now's not a good time, tap Not right now and support will follow up.
3. The test runs for 30 seconds. 

1. Send results once the test finishes. 

Run it anytime

 You don't need a request from Support to check your GPS. Open GPS & Device from the OnStation app settings menu to view your current accuracy and run a diagnostic yourself. Reach out to Support if you send a report independently rather than while working with an OnStation representative.
